What You'll Do
- Scale the current Nuvineer platform for hundreds of engineering teams, making foundational decisions that will shape our trajectory.
- Lead with empathy and technical expertise, establishing engineering workflows that foster collaboration, quality, and velocity.
- Collaborate directly with the founder and early customers to shape and set the direction of the product.
Who You Are
- A Systems Thinker: You see the big picture and design for scale, elegance, and long-term health. You're not just writing code; you're building a system.
- An Empathetic Leader: You have 3+ years of past experience as a technical lead and you know how to elevate the engineers around you. You care deeply about creating a supportive and high-performing team environment.
- Driven by Mission: You're excited by the prospect of transforming software development and want to be part of a team that shares that passion.
- Bonus: Experience building developer APIs, plugins, working with knowledge graphs and/or search technologies.
